Processing your service enquiry and referring your contact information and requirements to relevant Hong Kong service providers to provide quotations or follow-up. This is the primary purpose of submitting an enquiry form and the core function of our matching service.

2.2 將資料轉介予相關服務提供者 Referring Data to Service Providers

根據您的同意，我們會將您的查詢資料轉介予一個至三個與您服務需求相關的香港服務提供者。服務提供者只可將您的資料用於回應您的特定查詢。本網站不會將原始資料出售予第三方作市場推廣或其他無關用途。

With your consent, we will refer your enquiry data to one to three Hong Kong service providers relevant to your service requirements. Providers may only use your data to respond to your specific enquiry. We will not sell raw data to third parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes.

分析網站使用數據，改善用戶體驗、內容質量及價格資料的準確性。

3. 您的姓名、電話、服務需求及預算範圍將被轉介予一個至三個相關服務提供者
4. 服務提供者直接聯絡您，提供報價或進一步查詢
5. HKHowMuch.com 可能就成功轉介向服務提供者收取服務費用（此費用由服務提供者支付，不影響您所獲報價）

1. You complete the enquiry form and check the consent declaration
2. HKHowMuch.com reviews your enquiry and matches suitable service providers
3. Your name, phone number, service requirements and budget range are referred to one to three relevant service providers
4. Service providers contact you directly to provide quotations or further information
5. HKHowMuch.com may receive a referral fee from service providers (paid by providers, not affecting your quoted prices)

3.2 我們不會做的事 What We Do Not Do

• ✗ 不會出售原始資料予第三方作市場推廣用途 Will not sell raw data to third parties for marketing
• ✗ 不會將資料轉移至與您查詢無關的第三方 Will not transfer data to parties unrelated to your enquiry
• ✗ 不會在未獲您同意的情況下使用您的資料作直銷 Will not use your data for direct marketing without consent
• ✗ 不會將您的資料轉移至香港境外（除非另行通知）Will not transfer data outside Hong Kong (unless separately notified)

3.3 服務提供者的責任 Service Provider Accountability

我們要求所有接收您資料的服務提供者遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》，只將資料用於為您提供所查詢服務的報價，並妥善保護您的個人資料。
We require all service providers receiving your data to comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, use data only for quotation purposes, and protect your personal data appropriately.

4. 資料保存期限

提前刪除 Early Deletion：您可隨時要求刪除本網站持有的您的個人資料。請參閱第5節了解如何提出要求。

5. 用戶權利（PDPO 第6原則）
