A standard visit is 30โ45 minutes: we water your plants, check windows and doors are secure, collect mail, and send you a quick photo or message. For daily visits during your absence, we keep it brief unless you ask for more detailed checks.
Ideally 1โ2 weeks ahead so we can fit it into the schedule and you can brief us on plant care and any special requests. Emergency bookings are possible; just message us on WhatsApp.
We'll document it with photos, message you immediately, and follow your instructions. We can contact your landlord or building management on your behalf if needed, but we won't make repairs ourselves.
Yes, for extended absences we can arrange daily or every-other-day visits depending on your needs. We'll also keep an eye on humidity levels and general flat condition, which matters in Hong Kong's climate.
